C'est ainsi que l'histoire commence. Les premi\u00e8res pages de la Bible nous apprennent que Dieu a cr\u00e9\u00e9 les \u00eatres humains \u00ab \u00e0 Son image. \u00bb Il a fait d'Adam et Eve (les premiers humains) Ses propres enfants \u2014 les personnages principaux de Son histoire \u2014 et leur a donn\u00e9 la vie la plus satisfaisante qu'on puisse imaginer. Il leur a demand\u00e9 de r\u00e9gner sur la terre enti\u00e8re en Son nom et d'agrandir Sa famille, tout en entretenant une relation \u00e9troite avec Lui.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Et \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque, tout ce que Dieu avait cr\u00e9\u00e9 \u00e9tait \u00ab tr\u00e8s bon. \u00bb L'environnement \u00e9tait un v\u00e9ritable paradis, sans \u00e9preuves, sans maladie, sans souffrance, sans mort, sans catastrophe naturelle, sans guerre. Tout \u00e9tait parfait.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Les humains auraient-ils pu demander une vie meilleure que celle-ci \u2014 r\u00e9gner sur la plan\u00e8te enti\u00e8re, procr\u00e9er et conna\u00eetre Dieu personnellement, le tout dans un environnement parfait<\/i> ? Seul un Dieu aimant<\/i> pourrait cr\u00e9er une existence aussi heureuse pour que nous en profitions.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Mais qu'est-ce qui a mal tourn\u00e9 ? Pourquoi vivons-nous dans un monde bien diff\u00e9rent de celui que Dieu a cr\u00e9\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

M\u00eame si Dieu a pr\u00e9venu Adam et \u00c8ve des cons\u00e9quences mortelles pour ceux qui mangent le fruit d\u2019un certain arbre, ils ont choisi de le faire quand m\u00eame. <\/strong><\/h3>\n

En faisant la d\u00e9cision de d\u00e9sob\u00e9ir, ils ont abandonn\u00e9 la vie parfaite et \u00e9ternelle que Dieu leur a donn\u00e9. Pire encore, ils ont plong\u00e9 l'humanit\u00e9 dans un cycle interminable de la r\u00e9bellion et de la mort. Vous voyez, tous les descendants d'Adam et Eve \u2014 y compris nous \u2014 ont h\u00e9rit\u00e9 de cette terrible tendance \u00e0 se rebeller contre Dieu.<\/p>\n

Bien que nous soyons conscients des lois de Dieu, qui sont \u00e9crites dans la Bible et sur la conscience humaine (nous sommes tous n\u00e9s avec un sens du bien et du mal donn\u00e9 par Dieu), nous enfreignons ses r\u00e8gles de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e. <\/span>La Bible le dit ainsi : \"Car tous ont p\u00e9ch\u00e9 et sont priv\u00e9s de la gloire de Dieu\" (Romains 3:23). En d'autres termes, notre r\u00e9bellion nous emp\u00eache de vivre la vie glorieuse pour laquelle nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us. C'est pourquoi nos vies sont au mieux m\u00e9diocres et au pire mis\u00e9rables. On ne s'attendrait pas \u00e0 ce qu'un ours polaire aime vivre dans le d\u00e9sert parce qu'il n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u<\/i> pour un climat chaud. Pourtant, les humains se convainquent qu'ils peuvent vivre contrairement \u00e0 ce que Dieu a con\u00e7u pour eux et s'en sortir. Cette r\u00e9bellion insens\u00e9e contre Dieu est la cause de tous nos malheurs. Les relations bris\u00e9es, le crime, la souffrance et toutes les formes de mal proviennent de cette m\u00eame source. Et nous ne pouvons pas r\u00e9parer la situation par nous-m\u00eames. Alors, quelle est la solution ? <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Notre r\u00e9bellion contre Dieu ne rend pas seulement nous<\/i> malheureux - elle rend Dieu<\/i> malheureux. Et tout comme tout bon juge doit appliquer la loi aux criminels, le Juge saint et juste de l'univers doit juger les p\u00e9cheurs. La Bible le dit ainsi : \"Le salaire du p\u00e9ch\u00e9, c'est la mort\" (Romains 6:23).<\/b> Cela signifie que, dans le tribunal de Dieu, nous m\u00e9ritons de mourir pour nos p\u00e9ch\u00e9s. Pire encore, chaque p\u00e9cheur est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 \"l'\u00e9tang de feu\" apr\u00e8s la mort. Or, si nous pensons que le jugement de Dieu est injuste, nous d\u00e9montrons que nous sommes des cr\u00e9atures inconsistantes. Si quelqu'un nous maltraite, nous vole ou nous ment, nous demandons justice. Nous attendons que les kidnappeurs, les meurtriers et les voleurs soient envoy\u00e9s en prison. Mais nous attendons de Dieu qu'il nous donne un laissez-passer pour nos crimes contre lui ! Ce n'est pas ainsi que cela fonctionne. Dieu n'adapte pas Sa justice \u00e0 nos croyances. Il est parfaitement juste ; par cons\u00e9quent, Il ne peut pas permettre que le p\u00e9ch\u00e9 reste impuni. Et aucune bonne action de notre part ne peut effacer la liste des crimes que nous avons commis contre Lui.<\/p>\n
